Abandoned vehicle reported near Seamas Ave on I-5

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and law enforcement units responded to a report of a vehicle incident northbound on I-5 near Seamas Avenue in Sacramento. A silver Prius was initially reported in the center divider but later located on the right-hand shoulder. The vehicle was later identified as possibly abandoned with one person seen walking away. Responders were on scene, and some units were possibly canceled once the situation was confirmed as non-emergency.
