Motorcyclist injured in collision with car

A 62-year-old woman riding a motorcycle on a residential street collided with a car that pulled out in front of her. She braked but slid into the side of the car and fell off the motorcycle. She and the motorcycle fell in different directions, and the motorcycle did not land on her. She remained conscious, remembered the whole event, and reported no head, neck, or back pain. She had abrasions and pain in her left lower leg and difficulty putting weight on it, but no obvious deformity. Her vital signs were stable, her breathing and lungs were normal, and she declined pain medication while being taken to the hospital.
