A caller at 2nd Avenue and Marion Street in Seattle reported that a man was hitting and punching them. The caller spoke through an interpreter but was yelling over the interpreter, and another man could be heard yelling in the background. The interpreter reported hearing a man in the background threatening to shoot the caller, although no weapon was seen. Medics were offered but declined, and the caller refused to continue speaking with the interpreter. Officers were dispatched, and a suspect description was broadcast as an adult in their thirties, about five foot two with a medium build, wearing a beige jacket, light-colored pants, and black boots.
