March blocks 3rd Avenue near federal building

Officers report a march leaving City Hall and moving north on 3rd Avenue, with about 150 participants. The group blocks all lanes of 3rd Avenue as it passes Cherry and later stops near 3rd and Marion. Eastbound traffic on Marion is also blocked, and some marchers move westbound on Marion against traffic. The march appears to be heading toward the federal office building. During the same radio traffic, there is a separate report that a man and a woman were seen yelling at each other, punching and kicking, then walking south toward East Pine Street while still arguing. Their last known location was near a fountain before the caller lost sight of them.
