Did the person who witnessed this situation dial 9-11 to Alert the nearest open location or EMS & Medical Care to him yet? Or just send this text to those of us who can't actually do anything about it except Pray as I am doing even now. Did you stay with him until Help arrived? Please reply & tell us you stayed with him and got him the help he so Desperately needs. My dear older Sister who is 80 suffered a Stroke back in Kansas a couple of days ago. So this is all Fresh on my heart & mind. 🙏🙏✝️🙏🙏
