As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a laundromat near East Layton Avenue after a caller reported that a man who appeared to be homeless was inside the closed building. The man was reportedly not causing disturbances but had been seen talking to himself and looking through trash. The caller identified himself as the owner or manager and stated that entry would require contact through him to access the locked building.
