As discussed during the dispatch call, swanton Fire is en route to a medical facility with a 73-year-old male patient who had a double lung transplant. He is experiencing increased weakness, coughing with vomiting, and a fever around 103.9°F. The patient was alert and oriented, recently had a bronchoscopy, and was given two doses of Tylenol before EMS dispatch. Vital signs include blood pressure at 140 over 63, blood sugar at 105, and oxygen saturation at 94% on room air. Heart rate varies and shows possible arrhythmia and bundle branch block, which may be new onset.
