Vehicle pursuit ends in crash near Quincy

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were involved in a vehicle pursuit that began in Marion County when a driver reportedly failed to maintain their lane and continued at a high rate of speed toward West Quincy. The pursuit was temporarily terminated but later resumed as the vehicle crossed into Quincy, where it crashed. The driver fled on foot before being apprehended after a brief chase. No serious injuries were reported.
