As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency personnel responded to a possible stabbing near East Central Avenue in Toledo. A caller reported that an individual was cutting someone with a knife, but another person at the scene stated that no such incident was happening. The caller appeared to be intoxicated, and earlier reports suggested the same individual might have been hallucinating. The call was later believed to be possibly false, and fire units were canceled.
