Barefoot pedestrian reported; possible abandoned pickup near Cherry and Hampton

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a Hispanic male, approximately in his 40s, barefoot and wearing blue denim with a white shirt, walking in the roadway near Cherry Ave and Hampton St, last seen heading toward Cherry. Radio traffic indicated he may have exited a vehicle and possibly left a pickup (initially described as a white Ford F-150) in the roadway; later notes mentioned a gray pickup. No injuries reported at the time of the call.
