As discussed during the dispatch call, police responded to a report of a suspicious black minivan that had been parked overnight outside a Circle K convenience store near East National Highway in Washington. A third-party caller, not associated with the business, requested a welfare check on the vehicle. Officers confirmed the vehicle appeared to have been left there since the previous night.
