As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report from an apartment resident at a residential complex where an individual, described as a woman appearing to be homeless, was repeatedly knocking and ringing a doorbell despite being asked to stop. She had earlier been permitted to enter temporarily to warm up but reportedly did not have ongoing permission to remain in the hallway.
