Pursuit ends after crashes with parked and squad cars

Officers pursue a vehicle southbound on Moreland and then eastbound on the interstate after a failed attempt to stop it. The vehicle continues driving with two flat front tires, later damaging a rear tire as well. During the pursuit, the vehicle hits two squad cars and two parked vehicles. An officer reports debris from the tires in the traffic lane. At one point a man is struck by his own vehicle and an ambulance is requested. The suspect vehicle continues at varying speeds between about 40 and 80 miles per hour as it approaches the county line, gradually slowing but not immediately stopping.
