As discussed during the dispatch call, an apparent attempted unauthorized entry was reported at a university residence hall. A female student and her roommate stated that someone used a key to partially open their dorm room door before leaving without further contact. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. and did not result in physical contact or injury. Campus authorities were notified and are investigating the situation.
