Female with severe abdominal pain en route to hospital

A 61-year-old woman is experiencing severe abdominal pain and is being transported to a hospital with an estimated arrival time of about eight minutes. She has a history of a stomach ulcer and rates her pain as 10 out of 10 since yesterday. Her vital signs are stable with a heart rate of 91, blood pressure 151/88, breathing rate 18, and oxygen saturation 100% on room air. She has no chest pain or shortness of breath and no trauma noted. An IV line has been established and ketamine is being administered for pain relief. No other medical history, allergies, or medications are noted. She has not taken any pain medication at home.
